  Seriously the worst service out of any business in Buckner. I have had only one pleasant experience there out of the many years I've lived here and used that post office. Also, the hours are jank as hell. Y'all seriously need an attitude training course there.

  The lady that works the counter is very rude. I showed up twenty minutes before they closed and I had to ship a package. She asked if my package was ready to go and I responded no I need to purchase a label. She looked up at the clock in the wall, let out a big puff of air and turned around and started sorting some mail and tossing it around like I was bothering her. My seven year old even noticed her attitude. By the time she came back to help us there were two more people waiting in line with us. I will not be returning to this post office.

  Wow! Never have I dealt with someone so rude! We werent getting our mail for NO REASON at ALL so I called to ask why and she said well ummm I dont know you can call tomorrow and ask?!?! Then in the middle of me trying to figure it out as to where it is all going she got really snippy with me and said I need you to hold like I need to open the safe and the window I don't have time for this... I could hear the phone be tossed on a counter so I hung up! If you can't handle customers then you need a new job hunnie!!
